Is There a Minimum Contract to get a Part-Serviced Office?

No, there are no long term leases on our offices. There is just a deposit of 1 month in advance with a rolling monthly contract. All utility and business rate bills are included in the price. Our contracts give you the complete freedom to stay for as long as you'd like, and ensure that your business is exactly where it needs to be.


How Much Will My Part-Serviced Office Cost?

Can I Upgrade or Downsize My Part-Serviced Office at a Later Time?

Yes, the majority of contracts are extremely flexible and depending on the length of the term, will allow the occupier to increase or decrease the amount of space that they occupy at the end of the agreement. This is subject to availability.


Do the Part-Services Offices Have Communications Devices?
